In this two-part seminar, Alejandra will guide you through an experience of gentle embodiment and goal-setting techniques. This learning laboratory takes place between two significant new year’s celebration- that of the Mexica people (great descendants of the Aztecs in Mexico) and Nowruz (Iranian or Persian New Year).

We will look out about 15 years into the future and come away with a 90-day plan.

We will begin by grounding in a meditation of past and present by engaging with #BringThemHome, an art book piece created by Chef Andrea Murdoch of Four Directions Cuisine.

(Tobar Alatriz) will provide two (2) opportunities for more work time on Sat, 03/18 12:00- 1:30p and on Fri, 03/24 6:30pm-8:00pm.

More information will be sent post successful registration into seminar.

What You’ll Take Away:

– Concrete steps in the direction of your clarified goals
– An increased sense of relationship with your body, pleasure, and sense of purpose
– An opportunity to ground individual goals into larger systems and land acknowledgements
-A signed copy of Chef Andrea Murdoch’s book art piece (for the first 45 registrants)
