Sometimes it feels helpful to have a short menu of options for healing modalities. GSP sessions all center embodiment, a deeper connection with the body.  These sessions could be scheduled on a monthly basis for maintenance and exploration with up to three times per month for more concentrated healing/ transformation experiences.

These assisted sessions include hands-on time as well as moving integration and working with the arts.
